Delivery Fees
Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout and included in your order confirmation and invoice. These details will be emailed to you upon completing your purchase.

Shipping Timeframe
Orders are shipped within 4 to 7 business days (excluding weekends) from the date your order confirmation is sent.
Please note that specific delivery dates or times cannot be guaranteed.

Courier Partner
We use The Courier Guy for all deliveries. Should you have any queries or need to make changes to your delivery, please contact us directly. 

Postnet option is also available 

Delivery Area and Schedule
Deliveries are only made to valid addresses within South Africa on business days (Monday to Friday) between 08:00 and 17:00.
You or someone on your behalf may be required to present identification upon delivery.

Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable, refuse, or fail to accept the order on delivery occasion/s, additional delivery charges may apply
